Hello. This is an old fashion bakery.
I prepared today's dessert "Salt Chocolate Pound" cake.
Rich and luxurious taste with couverture! It goes very well with white milk. It's probably the best chocolate pound you've ever had.
It tastes much better if you put ganache on it, so I think it would be better not to omit it!


✔ Ingredients
165mm*85mm*65mm
105 g butter
95 g eggs
87g sugar
salt 1g
90g All purposed flour
15g Ground hazlnut (or Ground almond)
20g cocoa powder
4g Baking powder
Dark couverture chocolate 80g
2~3g vanilla paste or extract
50g heavy cream

70g dark chocolate
70g milk chocolate
70g heavy cream

Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 347°F.
(Temperature and time may vary depending on the oven you are using, so please test the items you bake for the first time on a skewer.)

✔Although I always told you to keep pound cakes at room temperature! This one has couverture so it tastes good even when kept in the refrigerator! Compare and try it!
