One of my Tamiya TT02 RC Chassis has been converted for off-roading.
I just followed the original instruction manual to raise the ground clearance and changed the wheels. It's a very simple setup but it works.

Towards the end of the video there is a ground-clearance comparison between a regular and an offroad TT02 chassis setup. Both are using the same shock absorbers with the same oil.
