तवा चिकन मसाला करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ५०० ग्रॅम चिकन ब्रेस्ट
• १ मोठा चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• अर्ध्या लिंबाचा रस
• ४ बारीक चिरलेले कांदे
• १ बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
• १/२ कप खोवलेलं ओलं खोबरं
• २~३ लसूण पाकळ्या
• कोथिंबीर
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• ३ मोठे चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• १/४ चमचा मीठ
• १ छोटा दालचिनीचा तुकडा
• २~३ काळी मिरी
• २~३ लवंगा
• १ चमचा काळा मसाला
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• २ चमचे लाल तिखट
• १/४ कप पाणी (ऐच्छिक)
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Today’s recipe is easy tawa chicken masala. As the name suggests, it is a very easy and simple recipe. This is a very popular recipe favorite of nonvegetarians. It is flavorful and spicy. As we are making it on a skillet, it is tawa masala so the dish gets an all-new flavor. Here you don’t need to cook the chicken in cooker!! If you don’t have time to cook chicken in cooker or you are in a hurry, then this is the perfect recipe for you. In this recipe marinated chicken is cooked in masala on a griddle!! Another thing is, we are using homemade spices for it. Also, the vatan or masala is very simple!! It looks tempting and tastes super delicious. Try this recipe at home and write to me. Ingredients:
• 500 gm Chicken breast
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 Lemon juice
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 4 finely chopped Onions
• 1 finely chopped Tomato
• 1/2 cup grated fresh Coconut
• 2~3 Garlic cloves
• Coriander leaves
• Water as needed
• 3 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• Small piece of Cinnamon
• 2~3 black Peppercorns
• 2~3 cloves
• 1 tsp Kala masala
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 cup Water (Optional)
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Wash the chicken really good and cut it into thin strips.
• You can use regular chicken in place boneless one.
• Wash the chopped pieces really good and transfer them into a bowl.
• Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
• Mix everything well together and marinate in preferably overnight in freeze or at least an hour.
• Blend fresh coconut, garlic and coriander leaves together into paste.
• Add water and blend into as fine puree as possible. Basic vatan is ready.
• You can use dry coconut in place of fresh coconut.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• When cumin seeds splutter, add onion and salt and fry well until onion gets nice golden color.
• Add tomato and fry well until tomato is cooked well.
• Add the blended vatan, cinnamon, black peppercorns and cloves and mix well.
• Fry everything well together for about 4-5 minutes and add kala masala, coriander powder and red
chili powder and fry together for about 2-3 minutes.
• You can use homemade kanda-lasun masala or malvani masala or garam masala in place of kala
masala.
• Add the marinated chicken and mix well.
• Add water and salt and mix well.
• Adding water is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Cover and cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked well for about 12-15 minutes.
• After every 4-5 minutes remove the lid and mix well. Again cover and cook.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well. Tawa chicken masala is ready.
• You can have it naan or paratha or chapati or bhakri.
• It goes well with jeera rice or plain rice too.
