Dutch Flat OHV is located off of I-80 in Northern California. This is a great area for beginners, or if you just want to get out and have some fun. There is something for everybody here. This area is great for stock off road vehicles. Heading east ,towards Reno, take exit 145 and turn left over the bridge. Head into the town of Dutch flat and turn left onto Diggins Hill Rd.
