Ingredients
2½ cups of plain water
¾ cup of low carb milk, you can also use half and half or any milk of your choice.
10-15 fresh mint leaves
1 tsp of fennel seeds or fennel seed powder
¼ tsp of black pepper powder
½ tsp of green cardamom powder
3 tbsp of black tea leaves you could also use 3 black tea bags
Truvia or any sweetener of your choice
