Modular effects have stepped up their game over the last years, and the new Xaoc devices Timiszoara is a great example of this! It comes with 176 great sounding algorithms on an SD card. But the module has an open-architecture, meaning people can write and use their own effects as well, and you can easily exchange and manage those. On top of that there is great CV control over the parameters, so you can modulate the effects in detail, and truly incorporate them in your sounds. And that is what I’ll focus on in this video. After a quick overview of the functions and features of the Timiszoara, I show a series of patch ideas in a few different categories of effects.
