Vrindavan Kitchen - Vegetarian Nasi Lemak
Ingredients:
* Making of Rice*
- 3 cups of rice
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- some ginger
- 2 pcs of lemon grass
- 3 pcs of pandan leaves
- 5 cups of water (for 3 cups of rice)
- 2 tsp salt (according to taste)
- 1 Tbsp of oil
* Making of Sambal*
- 4 pcs of Pucuk ( can be replaced by tofu/panner)
- 3 small tomatoes
- 1 pc of pandas leaves
- Grinded dry chilli with a pc of ginger
- 1 pc of lemon grass
- 1 tsp of thick soya sauce
- salt according to taste
