We recently named Gotland Smash Foodtruck as Sweden's fourth best burger in 2023, and there's not a day that goes by that we don't daydream about their incredible burgers. So we headed over to Visby to eat our way through their entire burger menu and talk to founder Benjamin Ljungberg about how he started his burger career at the age of 19.
