Autistic Irish filmmaker Jonathan Victory has recently released his debut feature film A Far Green Country, which documents his journey to New Zealand and his interest in all things Lord of the Rings. Victory uses his experience with the journey to explain various experiences related to autism, including sensory overload, hyperfixation and shutdowns. During At the film's premiere he participated in an interview with AsIAm's Digital Marketing and Information Officer Ian Lynam. They discussed meditation, CPTSD, co-occurring conditions, disclosing diagnosis and how autistic people can pursue a career in the media.
