I've been feeling very urgent as we move into our busiest quarter. I'm not overworking in the way that I used to, but when I am working, I move from task to task without feeling like I have time to plan or to rest and regroup during the workday.

I misattributed a Mozart quote, "The music is not in the notes, but in the silence between them," to Phillip Glass, but the meaning is the same. At this point in my career, I'm finding value in the silences, in not chasing success, but watching it come from my labor.
