In this "Fall" episode of Picking Boats by the Side of the Road, we come across one of the more legendary hulls ever made, the venerable, variable-deadrise "Potter" built SeaCraft. A 70s legend that has gotten some major work done to it since it was built almost 50 years ago.
We also discuss the fact that real deals can be had in the Fall given the owners will likely need to winterize, wrap and store their boats if not sold before the inevitable frost arrives (at least here in the Northeast).
We also look at a small "Nordic" boat that absolutely befuddled me in addition to a small Sea Fox "Montauk" model.
Which would you pick and why?
