Is it ACTUALLY possible to build muscle at home?

In this video I'm going to show you exactly how to train at home to build muscle and lose body fat. Not only that, I'll give you a full training plan to follow at home for free! I'll include three different plans with variations using dumbbells, kettlebells and even a whole plan using just your own bodyweight (no equipment needed!).

After my recent gym plan video I've been receiving lots of requests to do the same for a home workout plan. I've been so excited to do this follow-up video! I started training myself at home and I fully believe you can achieve amazing results at home and without an expensive gym membership. Included in this video is a very simple and easy-to-follow plan. All you have to do is stay consistent, work hard and make sure you're consuming enough protein and you will see the results for yourself!
