All Shops At The Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard, CA
Their shops are growing with outdoor bar seating and lots of shopping to choose from. The Target there is newly renovated with a nice layout and the Friday and Saturday nights are always busy and packed with people. There is electric charging for cars and they even have a gym there (paid). It's an easy reach and life for those who live in the area.
