Banana Bundt Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze

2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium overripe bananas, mashed
1 cup sour cream

Glaze

¼ cup unsalted butter cut into cubes
½ cup light brown sugar packed
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar
Walnuts or Pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Thoroughly grease a 12 cup bundt pan with cooking spray and then dust with flour, set aside.
Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and the sugar until combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Stir in the banana, and then add half of the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Add the sour cream, stir, and add the remaining dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly, tap pan on counter to remove any air bubbles. Bake about 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean or with crumbs. Cool 10 minutes in pan and then invert on wire rack to cool completely.

For the Glaze

Once cake is fully cooled start on glaze. In a small saucepan combine butter, brown sugar and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking constantly until the sugar is dissolved (1-2 minutes). Remove from the heat and cool for 5-10 minutes.
Add vanilla, whisking to combine. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time, stirring, until you reach your desired consistency. Drizzle the glaze over the cake and sprinkle with nuts. Enjoy!
