Along the Hudson River, New York, there is a magnificent bike route. The bike path runs the entire length of Hudson River Park from Battery Place at the southern tip of Manhattan to W59th St. where it connects with Riverside Park South.

You can get a wonderful view of a fresh river breeze from the river during the trip. Among many bike routes in the city, this was the BEST route I've tripped!
