A few little thoughts and ideas on how to correctly set up your harness, plus a really useful hack to keep you and your mates safe on the water.

One of the key points mentions was that I always carry a whistle and a piece of downhaul rope- just encase! Better to have them and not need them!
I've found a way in my Dakine harness to tuck them inside (despite the pocket being removed in the latest design!). I'm sure you can find a way in your harness to do the same!

The other big points discussed was VISION...
Head
Shoulders
Hips, and
Front Foot all turning to look upwind- which, lets be honest- is the directions we're trying to go at least 90% of the time!
