I've been growing this rather tall fruit tree now for 4 years and this year it has loads of lovely big juicy apples on it.
I planted it on the side of our house and have been training it the espalieir way.
Training fruit trees as espaliers is a space-saving way of growing fruit on a wall or fence. They require little pruning once established and are attractive in blossom and fruit and architectural during winter. Happy days.
