Crispy Paneer Fingers

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 400 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 60 grams
Corn starch - 35 grams
Water - 100 milliliters
Bread crumb - for dipping

PREPARATION
1. Take 400 grams paneer, add 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon white pepper and mix well.
2. Marinate it for 15 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 60 grams all purpose flour, 35 grams corn starch, 100 milliliters of water and whisk well to make a thick batter. The batter should be thick enough to coat the paneer cubes.
4. Dip the paneer cubes into batter and then roll it in bread crumbs.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet, fry the cubes until golden brown and crisp.
6. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
