An incredible area for geology buffs with millions of years exposed. But it's also an area to play with atv's, 4x4s, and bikes. The great thing is that no one is ever here. It's our get away from everything and everyone spot. This last weekend we saw 2 cars. It's BLM with only primitive camping and no services so you need to bring everything with you. Spring and fall are the best seasons to visit - summer can be unbearably hot.
