Drill goal:
3 static warm-ups

5 cycles of 1 minute with contractions every two breaths.

This exercise helps the diver develop a CO2 resistance in a controlled way without prolonged breath holds.

Unfortunately, the camera run out of battery at the end.

Measurement methodology:
HR measurements are done with Polar H10 chest strap

Time between HR recording and video is synchronized by calculating an offset between GoPro internal clock and Polar session start timestamp. Polar workout start timestamp is based on the clock of the phone it’s connected to. Before each pool session, a recording of the phone’s clock is captured, which ensures a correct time offset can be applied to eliminate potential differences between GoPro’s internal clock and HR recording timestamps. This ensures an accuracy of +/- 1s

HR sound is artificially generated based on https://github.com/bencholmes/heartbeat
