I get this question a lot:
"My period was on (insert date) so when will I ovulate?"

The answer is not that simple! In fact I had to make a 26 minute video just to answer it! In this video I've given you more than enough information to start calculating when exactly you ovulate each cycle - or, if you still don't know know when you ovulate (maybe you have an irregular period) I've even you a strategy to get around that as well, to get pregnant.

Here's a summary:
HOW CALCULATE OVULATION:
1) figure out how long your CYCLE LENGTH is. This is the number of days from the first day of one period until the first day of the next period. On average this is 25-35 days.
2) Use this calculation to estimate the cycle day in which you may be ovulating:
(cycle length) - 14 = (estimated cycle day of ovulation)
or use a period tracker app to do these calculations for you.
OTHER WAYS TO PREDICT OVULATION:
1) check cervical mucus
2) check cervix position
3) LH testing with an ovulation predictor kit (OPK)
4) basal body temperature tracking
IF YOU HAVE AN IRREGULAR CYCLE:
1) try having sex at least once every 3 days
2) sperm meets the egg plan
