食譜:
牛油 100g (室溫)
鹽 1g
糖 100g
蛋液 100g (室溫)
低筋粉 100g
泡打粉 2g
冧酒 2g(可以省略)
合桃 50g

做法:
牛油打散加入鹽、糖、冧酒混合
蛋液分3次加入混合
低筋粉、泡打粉混合
分2次加入混合成蛋糕糊
加入合桃
倒入模具
預熱焗爐200度焗15分鐘
後取出用小刀在蛋糕面劃一下
放回焗爐160度再焗25分鐘
取出放涼切片

Butter 100g (room temperature)
salt 1g
sugar 100g
100g egg liquid (room temperature)
Low-gluten flour 100g
Baking powder 2g
Rum 2g (can be omitted)
Walnuts 50g

practice:
Beat butter, add salt, sugar, rum and mix
Add the egg mixture in 3 additions
Low-gluten flour, baking powder mixed
Add in 2 additions to form cake batter
add walnuts
pour into mold
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
Then take it out and scratch the cake surface with a knife
Return to the oven at 160 degrees for another 25 minutes
Take out and let cool
