Living abroad and meeting diff.people is amazing🥰learning how they cook and knowing thier recipe and tradition is pretty awesome, sometimes it's similar to Filipino homecooking🥰LOVE IT❤️

#Filipino Flan recipe they only used egg yolk and little dash of lemon or kalamansi ,and they cook to a STEAMER.

#Mexican Flan recipe,I noticed they used the whole eggs and they add cream cheese and they used blender and bake it to the oven.

My opinion 🥰 I did do both recipe,and honestly they both similar flavor,the texture of Filipino Flan is more smooth bcoz they dnt used cream cheese,Mexican Flan exactly same flavor of Filipino except little thicker bcoz of the cream cheese OVER ALL THEY BOTH DELICIOUS 🥰
