This webinar explores a comprehensive approach to AI governance and security based on UNICC experiences and services supporting the UN family.

The first part emphasizes a non-invasive, sustainable, and responsible method approach for integrating AI into organizations, treating AI governance as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time project. Attendees will learn about the importance of defining S.M.A.R.T. objectives, considering key roles and responsibilities, and implementing effective change management and monitoring processes. The session will include a discussion of our ten AI principles, and key takeaways.

The second part shifts to AI security, highlighting the need for a dynamic, standardized approach to secure AI-related systems. Traditional security methods are deemed insufficient, and a new security framework tailored to AI's unique challenges is proposed. The discussion aims to equip attendees with insights into future advancements in cybersecurity, offering a step-by-step methodology to improve AI literacy and security within organizations.
