Ingredients:
400g of oyster mushrooms, tear into pieces
3 tbsp of mustard oil
1 bay leaf
1 medium size onion, sliced
3 tbsp of chopped garlic chives
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3/4 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp coriander seeds and 1 tsp of cumin seeds, roasted and roughly crushed
salt to taste
2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
