On this hiking adventure, I am doing a local Las Vegas hiking trail! Located an hour outside of Las Vegas is the Mt Charleston Wilderness area. I summit for the first time Fletcher Peak and it was really awesome. This trail is labeled as hard with a 7.2-mile round trip and 2270 ft of elevation gain! What I loved about this hike was the many beautiful Ancient Bristlecone Pine Trees you see along the way! The views on this adventure were pretty excellent as well!
