well this is the first walk in about 3 or 4 weeks its been a busy time in our lives what with work commitments and other things on both our parts so it was nice to get out together so i looked around for somewhere different to visit and at first i couldn't find anything that excited me, not that there's lots of walks to go to do i just wanted something different something that tested us then i decided to look a little to the north of Sheffield and then i found Langsette reservoir the these two trig points and thought this is the one as we've never walked in this area before it would be different and testing plus been on the moors there would be alot of heather and as at the moment its that lovely colour of purple this would be the one to do and as always we'd get in some new trig points which was the bonus, i never thought that it would be so difficult at times due to the moors be so overgrown as i don't think the path i decided we would take has been walked on for some time but this is the fun of a good hike isn't it, well the views were as expected were amazing so i hope you enjoy this walk
