This video is about making cookies for Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijriah.

A typical Eid cake, the recipe I made was 1kg of flour for 6 variations of cookies

🌿 Pineapple jam:
. 3 pineapples
. 3 cloves
. 1 cinnamon

🌿 Dry cake recipe:
. 1kg low protein wheat flour
. 150 g cornstarch
. 3 Tbsp powdered milk
. 700 g margarine (can be mixed with butter)
. 250 g powdered sugar
. 5 egg yolks

Nastar spread:
. 2 egg yolks
. 1 Tbsp coconut oil
. Egg yolk/dark yellow food coloring
. 180 g pineapple jam

Snow Princess :
. 100 g powdered sugar

Round chocolate cake:
. 150g DCC

Mini donut cake:
. 100g DCC
. Strawberry chocolate
