In version 1.0.0 of Portal: Prelude, there is a huge sequence break in the final map of the game that allows you to grab the portal gun early, which saves 7 minutes. This is a massive advantage over later versions: However, the warp pipe easter egg is not in this version, so you lose about 4 minutes having to play 6 chambers you'd normally skip. The net save is around 3 minutes.

This run isn't really good, but I figured it was decent enough to settle on for the time being. I routed out the chambers we used to skip (and also the final map) to the best of my ability, but since I threw everything together in about a day, there is likely a lot of room for optimization.
