This Garlic Black Pepper Shrimp is the perfect weeknight meal and can be on the table in 30 minutes! Pairs well with Kade-Pan, Garlic Bread.
This is a dish with roots to Sri Lanka and Singapore. Made in a wonderfully aromatic and easy gravy base with classic tropical flavors.

-Garlic 3-4 cloves【ニンニク】
-Butter Approx. 70g【バター】
-Freshly Ground Black Pepper Approx. 5-10g【黒コショウ】
-Onion【玉ねぎ】
-Coriander Stalks【パクチー茎】
-Chicken Stock 300ml【鶏がらスープ】
-Cornstarch Solution【コーンスターチ】
-Oyster Sauce 1tbs【オイスターソース】
-Soy Sauce 1tbs【醤油】
-Dark Soy Sauce 2tbs【濃い醤油】
