This Pizza is the representative of American-style bulky pizza. The taste is super similar to me from snacks to big Pizza Hut!
The recipe includes how to shape the pizza crust, how to wrap the cheese heart, and how to bake a crispy crust. As long as you have a good grasp of some principles, the pizza filling can be changed at will according to your preferences. Q-bomb, juicy seafood filling and refreshing cheese are one of our favorite flavors!
If you want to eat pizza, you don’t need to ask for delivery. You can make it yourself at home. The filling will be as surging as you need it.

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough with Cheese Crust
Can make a 13-inch pizza, enough for 2~3 people / Make One 13" Pizza
3 g instant yeast/ instant yeast
5 g granulated sugar/ sugar
5 g salt/ salt
12 g milk powder
160 g cold water
10 g vegetable oil
250 g bread flour
6 to 8 pieces of cheese (cheese bar) / string cheese (cheese can also be Mozharuila / mozzarella cutting alternative)

Pizza Topping:
1 can of pizza sauce (not all used up, 2~3 tablespoons will be used for the original size)
200 ~ 300 g Mozeruila cheese/ mozzarella cheese
50 g Parmesan cheese/ parmesan cheese
2 garlic puree/ garlic puree
2 tbsp olive oil
Various seafood (shrimps, cuttlefish, crab stick, small scallops)
¼ red onion / red onion ((cut into strips))
1 tbsp frozen or fresh green peas/ frozen or fresh green peas
Salt and pepper for seasoning
