Back in 2017 I wanted to get a drill press, but I just was not satisfied with the quality of the presses in the “home shop” price range. Most units were constructed with a combination of plastic and thin sheet metal parts. I was looking for some nice, heavy iron. My Dad was a Craftsman guy and when I saw a local ad for an old Craftsman 150 drill press I decided to take the bait. This video is a montage of pictures I took while cleaning and refurbing that drill press in order to remind me how to put it back together. Although not a perfect record of the process, it is a snapshot of the journey. Enjoy.
