I highly recommend this activity if you're in San Felipe, Zambales. We did the Liwliwa ATV Adventure activity which was arranged for us by Kwentong Dagat in partnership with Promised Land Beach Resort. A one-hour two-seater ATV ride costs 1,800 pesos. The trail will lead you through a forest path, the lahar area and the beach.
