Let’s talk about the resistance band face pull or, as some like to call it, a rear delt high row! This face pull exercise will target the rear delts, which are located on the back of your shoulder. A face pulls with a resistance band is one of my top rear delt exercises with a band alongside the banded rear delt row and rear delt fly! The best part is you can do a resistance band face pull at home, at the gym, or on vacation…you get the idea!
