Now in its 50th year, the Neptune Festival is a private, non-profit organization that produces over 40 events in Virginia Beach each year. From free concerts and seaside wine tastings, to athletic events and a 33-block long celebration on the boardwalk - we've been celebrating the beach life since 1974!
