I stayed at the Shirakaba Resort Ikenotaira Hotel near Lake Shirakaba. Lake Shirakaba is a popular highland resort located in Ikenotaira, Kitayama, Chino City, Nagano. I delivered our luggage to the hotel in advance and used the shuttle bus from Chino Station to Lake Shirakaba to move comfortably to the hotel.

The hotel consists of three buildings, the main building, the east building, and the annex building. The main building of the Ikenotaira Hotel was under construction, so only the east tower and the annex building were open. Because of that, the East Building and the Annex Building were separated, so I took a bus. In addition, the main building is scheduled to reopen as a new main building in April 2023, so this bus transfer will not be necessary.

I could enjoy a luxurious meal and the attached ski resort, and I had a great time. I want to visit again when the new main building opens.
