Muscle Group Focus: Chest and Rear Delts

Reminders:
Make sure to have handles anywhere between #4-6 setting for Chest flyes and to have handles on the #1 setting for Rear Delt flyes; Make sure to drive with elbows with both movements, but for Rear Delt Flyes make sure not to overextend on other wise one would be using their upper back as well (Also make sure not to slam the weights as this can damage the cables/machine).
