To activate VoLTE (Voice over LTE) on a BSNL 4G SIM:

1. Ensure your device supports VoLTE and BSNL 4G services.
2. Check if your area has BSNL 4G coverage.
3. Go to Settings-Mobile networks-Preferred network type-and select LTE or 4G
4. Enable VoLTE by going to Settings-Mobile networks-VoLTE or Enhanced 4G LTE Mode.
5. Save changes and restart your device.
6. Wait for the VoLTE icon to appear on your device's status bar.

Alternatively, you can also:

1. Dial *123# to check if VoLTE is active.
2. Send an SMS "ACT VOLTE" to 53733 to activate VoLTE.
