⚓🇧🇪 The Tournai, third mine countermeasure vessel of the 🇧🇪 🇳🇱 rMCM program, intended for the Belgian Navy, was launched 2nd July in Concarneau in the presence of Ms Dedonder, Minister of Defense and Mr Delannois, Mayor of the city of Tournai.

The launching was carried out by KERSHIP, industrial prime contractor of the program, on behalf of Naval Group, overall prime contractor.

The rMCM program was awarded in 2019 to BELGIUM NAVAL & ROBOTICS, the consortium formed by Naval Group and Exail and will supply to the Belgian Navy and the Koninklijke Marine, twelve mine countermeasure vessels as well as around a hundred drones integrated into a toolbox.
