Day 8 in Sakleshpur, we planned to visit Ettina Bhuja peak
it is almost 3 hours of trekking to reach the peak
Ettina Bhuja means bulls shoulder is a mountain peak in the Western Ghats, located in Chikmagalur
It has a height of 4265 feet. It is a popular and easy trekking point as the last two kilometers can be trekked to reach a point

But due to wild elephants which recently attached and killed a forest officer, they stopped us going there
So we have to take a turn to visit Devaramane Viewpoint.

Devaramane Betta emerges as one of the best places to visit in monsoon in India. This stunning hill, reaching an elevation of approximately 3,500 feet above sea level, offers a breathtaking escape into nature's embrace.
And then we went to Chennakeshava Temple Belur,

It is a 12th-century temple, The temple was built over three generations and took 103 years to finish. It was repeatedly damaged and plundered during wars, repeatedly rebuilt and repaired over its history. It is 35 km from Hassan city.
