the Honda magna 750 has a front and a reat tensioner. since the rattling noise was coming from the front I only replaced that ine...be ware that these are very common to go out every 15k-25k miles so any rattling thinking most likely is from these sticking and no longer providing the proper tension for that cam chain. they run about 100 dollars OEM
