In FFXIV: Dawntrail, the ideal healer composition usually revolves around 1 pure healer and 1 barrier healer. In some composition however, 2 barrier healers can work as they are flexible enough to flex to pure healing. The same cannot be said for pure healers in which 2 pure healers lacks flexibility to flex to barrier spot. In this video, Kanima discusses the flexibility of the healer jobs.
