Kinilaw na tuwalya ng baka (beef tripe) is a low budget pulutan but guaranteed very yummy. It can also served as ulam. Pulutan or ulam, this is one of my favorites.

List of ingredients
Boiling
1/2 kg beef tripe
2 bay leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
Water enough to cover the beef tripe
Main ingredients
Boiled beef tripe
50 grams ginger
2 medium onion
2 green chili
2 pcs spicy chili
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
3 tbsps kalamansi juice
This serves 5 to 6 person
