ཕ་ཡུལ་གྱི་བརྩེ་བ།
༄༅།། ཕ་ཡུལ་བོད་ཀྱི་མཛེས་ལྗོངས། །
ལན་གཅིག་མཇལ་བ་མ་བྱུང།
བོད་ལ་བཅངས་པའི་བརྩེ་བ། །
ནམ་ཡང་ཉམས་པ་མི་སྲིད། །


བོད་ཀྱི་སྐད་དང་ཡི་གེ། །
བོད་མིའི་ཚེ་སྲོག་ལགས་ན། །
གངས་ཅན་བོད་མི་ཡོངས་ཀྱིས། །
སྐད་ཡིག་གཅེས་ཉར་གནང་རོགས། །


༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ། །
བོད་ཀྱི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་གཅིག་པུ། །
༸རྒྱལ་བའི་ཐུགས་བཞེད་སྒྲུབ་པར། །
ཆོལ་གསུམ་ཆིག་སྒྲིལ་མཛོད་ཅིག།།


ཤ་ཁྲག་གཅིག་པའི་བོད་མི། །
ཐུགས་སེམས་སྐྱོ་བ་མ་གནང། །
གཞིས་བྱེས་འཛོམས་པའི་དགའ་སྟོན། །
བྱུང་བའི་ཉིན་མོ་འཆར་ངེས། །


བུ་མོའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རེ་འབོད། །
ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ཡུལ་ནས་བསྐུར་ཡོད། །
གཞིས་བྱེས་བོད་མི་ཡོངས་ཀྱིས། །
ལན་གཅིག་གསན་པ་བྱུང་ངམ། །


Love for my Fatherland

The picturesque lands of my
fatherland Tibet,
Which I haven’t yet visited.
The love I have for Tibet
Shall never be diminished.

Tibetan language and literature
Are the source of our unique
identity
Thus, my fellow countrymen
Should strive to conserve the
Tibetan language and literature.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama,
Our only leader and protector.
To fulfill his holistic wish,
The whole nation must unite.

My Tibetan brothers and sisters,
Do not be disheartened,
For the glorious day shall come
when,
Tibetans inside and outside of Tibet
would be reunited

I send this message of hope
From the western part of the world.
To all the Tibetans across the globe,
I hope this reaches each one of you.
