Hi Cooking Lovers. The recipe this time is RECIPE OF ORIGINAL PANADA MANADO CAKE. The original FISH-filled PANADA CAKE comes from Manado, North Sulawesi.

I. Panada Fish Ingredients:

F. 2 tsp sugar
G. 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
H. 8 tbsp cooking oil

II. Panada Cake Skin Ingredients:
A. 70 grams of sugar
B. 40 grams of sweetened condensed milk
C. 27 grams of powdered milk
D. 2 egg yolks
E. 3 grams of baker's yeast
F. 1/3 tsp salt
H. 235 ml of water
I. 500 gr high protein flour
J. 25 gr margarine
