Today enjoy a trip to the Ashland Geyser aka the Big Mine Run geyser. This geyser is the result of multiple abandoned mines in the area and the runoff is quite the spectacle to see. The mines include the 'Bast', the 'Continental' and the 'Centralia Tunnel'. It's said to have reached up to 15 feet in the past but work may have been done to keep it less volatile to anyone at the surface. Enjoy the video and if you visit be sure to not go to close because the sulfur will get on your shoes and clothes if you fall in! The mud rocks and pallet are very slippery.
