Ingredients 材料:
1) Egg yolk batter 蛋黄糊:
• 30g vegetable oil (30克植物油)
• 45g cake flour(45克低筋面粉)
• 3 egg yolks (3个蛋黄)
• 25g milk(25克 牛奶)
• 20g fresh-squeezed lemon juice(20克鲜榨青柠汁)
• Zest of 1 lemon, about a tablespoon (1个柠檬的皮)

2) Meringue 蛋白霜:
• 3 egg whites | 3个蛋白
• 45g Sugar (45克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁

3) Lemon Whipped Cream Frosting (柠檬鲜奶油糖霜):
• 1cup heavy whipping cream (1杯浓奶油)
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar (3 汤匙糖粉)
• 1 tsp lemon extract (1茶匙柠檬精)
• Zest of 1 lemon (1个柠檬的皮)

Bake: 300°F (150°C) for 40 minutes, then increase the temperature to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes. (300°F 烤 40 分钟,然后将温度提高到 320°F 再烤5 分钟)
