STEPS:

1. Move & cover all furniture and belongings with clean painters plastic 2. Cover floors with drop cloths
3. Patch all pre-paint repairs & start box fan. Review drywall repair checklist
4. Remove electrical cover plates, HVAC vents, hooks and door bell covers
5. Dust trim & tape. Cover counters, vanities, showers etc 3M handmasker. Reference tape guide for appropriate tape to use.
6. Sand patches & walls:
- Walls: 360 sander with 150 grit
- Patches: Medium sanding sponge
- Large Repairs: Festool vac attached to orbital with medium 5mm foam pad
