Another fun month at Erie County Conservation Club for the NRL22 March competition. The wind was projected to be 20 MPH (32 KPH) with gusts up to 35 MPH (56 KPH) so I was expecting this to be a crazy and low hit match. When it started snowing I thought most people might opt to skip this month entirely and just wait for better weather, especially after how brutally cold the January match was a couple months ago. I was surprised when I got to the firing line to find that the direction of the wind was essentially blocked by trees so we didn't really feel any wind. Even better, over 20 people showed up with a few people being entirely new to the sport. Overall, a much warmer day than our January competition and a ton of fun.
