Cykelmagt 1+2 describes the change in Copenhagen for cyclists, inspired by the change since 1976 in the Netherlands. The first part shows how people have to battle in the streets of Copenhagen to cycle in a safe way. It also shows the experiments in the Dutch cities Tilburg and The Hague to comfort cyclists.
The second part was shot in 1989 and shows how transformation takes place in Copenhagen, by adding curb protected cycle lanes.
